Shaws offer a private processing service to owners of Livestock. We are able to cater for all aspects of; cattle, pigs, lambs, calfs and goats.

We will arrange the slaughtering of your livestock then the refrigerated delivery to our premises. Your carcase(s) will then be carefully butchered to your specifications, either as primal cuts or portioned for personal or retail use. All products will be packed and labeled in accordance with meat labeling regulations.

We can blast freeze products if necessary.
