In 2006 Shaws teamed up with Dobbies Garden Centre in Melville when we were invited to establish a butchers outlet within their new farm foodhall. Opened on Thursday 11th September 2006; our Melville outlet has earned a reputation for supplying our customers with the best quality of products available.

Our Melville outlet was a finalist in the search for Britain's best butcher 2007, organised by the Meat Trades Journal.

At Melville we offer a wide range of added value products using the very freshest of local produce. We also stock a wide selection of seasonal game.
