Catering establishments can be sure of the best quality, locally reared livestock which is butchered by skilled craftsmen to their specific requirments.

The livestock is slaughtered under our direction and matured using our extensive chilling facilities. We offer free range pork and several award winning manufactured products.

A regular refrigerated delivery service is available throughout the Borders and Lothian.
